Join Me on the Journey to Your Best Self
I am passionate about helping men cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and connect with their physical experience and emotions to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
It began with my healing journey.
My own journey to becoming a coach began in 2020, when I was living what seemed like a great life on the surface. I had a successful career and a long-term, loving relationship, but I struggled with self-confidence and often found myself in dark spirals of sadness and shame. It wasn't until I started searching for ways to connect with other men during the pandemic that I discovered the power of somatic work and its ability to transform lives.
I was drawn to EVRYMAN, a community focused on science-based somatic practices and genuine connection. Since joining, I have completed their training programs, including Fundamentals, Men's Emotional Leadership Training (MELT), and Foundations Training, and have become a proud member of their facilitation team. Through my work with EVRYMAN, I have found healing and created lasting bonds with other men who have become my tribe and my family.
This is my mission and my ministry.
My passion for this work has led me to create the Authenticity Road Podcast, facilitate online drop-in groups, and become a certified men's coach. As a gay-identified male in my late 50s, I am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for all men to explore their emotions and become better versions of themselves.
My approach is grounded in somatic practices that help my clients access their body's wisdom and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I also incorporate my creative pursuits, such as photography, music, writing, and theatre, into my coaching practice to foster empathy and compassion in myself and my clients.
